How to wear:
Slowly introduce wearing ‘Toe Spacers’ for 30mins per day building up to 60mins daily when not wearing shoes around the house.
This may be for barefoot activities like Pilates and Yoga, to improve balance and grounding, or just around the house.
You can promote flexibility and balance by performing some basic foot exercises whilst wearing your toe spaces, such as:
Spread the toes as wide as possible and hold the position for a few seconds before releasing. This exercise helps strengthen the muscles in the feet and improves the range of motion.
Toe raisers: slowly raise up onto your tip toes hold for 10 seconds and slowly lower down.
standing on one foot and lifting the other leg into a marching position can be done while wearing toe spacers, promoting improved balance and stability.
Always perform these exercises gradually and safely. You should not experience any pain. If you are please stop the exercise.
